At Home is committed to delivering your favorite home finds quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard shipping for most items available online. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3–7 business days

  • Large or Oversized Items: May require freight delivery and additional handling time

  • Shipping Fee Estimate: Shown at checkout before payment

Please note: We currently ship within the continental U.S. only. We do not offer international or APO/FPO shipping at this time.

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

🚛 Oversized & Freight Deliveries

For furniture and oversized items, we partner with specialized carriers to ensure safe delivery. You will receive a delivery appointment notification once your shipment is scheduled.

  • Curbside delivery only (unless otherwise noted)

  • Signature may be required

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your At Home account to track your order status anytime.

📬 Multiple Shipments

To get your order to you faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost.

We are unable to ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories

  • International addresses
