🔁 In-Store Returns
Most items can be returned to any At Home store within 60 days of purchase, with your original receipt or packing slip.

Without a receipt? We offer merchandise credit at the item’s lowest price in the last 90 days

Items must be in new, unused condition
In-store returns are free — no return shipping needed!
📦 Online Returns
If you purchased online and prefer to return by mail:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
Please note: Not all items are eligible for mail returns. Oversized, assembled, or final sale items may only be returned in-store.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

🛋️ Furniture & Oversized Items
Furniture and large home goods must be returned in-store only. For damaged deliveries, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt.
