Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from At Home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🔁 In-Store Returns

Most items can be returned to any At Home store within 60 days of purchase, with your original receipt or packing slip.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment

  • Without a receipt? We offer merchandise credit at the item’s lowest price in the last 90 days

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

In-store returns are free — no return shipping needed!

📦 Online Returns

If you purchased online and prefer to return by mail:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at service@patiosaleus.top or call 1-888-621-3814

  2. We'll help you begin the return process and provide instructions

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)

Please note: Not all items are eligible for mail returns. Oversized, assembled, or final sale items may only be returned in-store.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or “As-Is” items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Opened bedding or used products

🛋️ Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture and large home goods must be returned in-store only. For damaged deliveries, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt.

⏱️ Refund Processing

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear once processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
